Come to the library for some yoga fun! This is a class for strong walkers 1 year-4 years old accompanied by a parent or other adult. Through social interaction, repetition and play children learn how to improve motor skills, relieve frustration and increase attention span by following directions. These activities and poses will help strengthen and calm both parent and child. Children will build self-esteem, develop body awareness, improve focus, and so much more!
